“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” (Hebrews 11:1)
I work with individuals from all walks of life. My work has been with children, adolescents, adults managing life transitions, trauma, stress/anxiety, depression, parents and families. I often work with people struggling with lack of connection, have difficulty finding their purpose. I have worked for many years with individuals who have been incarcerated and reentry into society. I greatly enjoy working with individuals who are willing to think outside the box, work as a team and in-brace change.
I want to help you access your inner strength with an approach that is tailored specifically to you. It is not always easy to seek out help or to make a commitment to a process of self-exploration and self-discovery. I enjoy being part of this process for individuals who are willing to invest the time and energy towards improving their lives. Guess what, if you are not there yet, I will meet you where you are and we will work together to reach where God intended you to be in life. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals can feel supported and cared for as they explore, examine and challenge themselves to experiment with new ways of thinking about and engaging in their lives. If you want to pray we can do that together.
I believe in treating people with love and kindness. “We can do all things through Christ who strengths us.” I take a strengths based approach to my work with clients to best meet their needs. I believe that if you just take the first step we can take the second step together. You are not alone! Let’s do this! Congratulations you’re on your way!

Clinical Director/Lead Therapist
Are you feeling exhausted and overwhelmed, feeling “stuck” or hopeless, or just simply need someone to help you sort out your feelings and emotions? Together we can explore all of these as well as possible solutions. It is important to feel supported when confronting life struggles and that is what I will be here for.
My practice is trauma informed, healing centered, and purposeful. My work is geared toward understanding generational cycles, patterns of unhealthy behaviors, and understanding how past experiences impact how one sees and interacts with the world.
I have my Bachelors in Psychology and Special Education from Le Moyne College. I have a Masters in Social Work from Syracuse University. I am certified in Trauma Informed Care, Trauma Informed Supervision, Solution Based Casework, and Mental Health First Aid. I have extensive training in conflict management and resolution. As well as, training in Motivational Interviewing. I have experience in child welfare in Syracuse, NY, where I worked as a case planner for 5 years and in Bronx, NY, where I was a clinical Supervisor for a Child Welfare Program for a year and a half. While living in NYC, I also worked alongside a legal team who specialized in civil litigation for sexual abuse victims against clergy. I supervised this program and managed a case load – in this role I supported the victims and survivors through the litigation process. I also have experience in/with substance abuse treatment, individual and family therapy, victims of domestic violence, as well as solution based casework. I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families who are struggling with depression (low mood), anxiety, ADHD, relational conflict, communication issues, low self-esteem, victims of sexual abuse, victims of domestic violence, and in substance abuse treatment.
I firmly believe that every struggle is chance to grow and learn more about ourselves and our purpose. So, together we will explore your story, feelings, and understanding of what YOU would like to see change as you continue your journey.
